Church View in Bungay was an ideal accommodation for exploring Suffolk. The location was superb, with free parking right outside. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful arrival gifts, including fresh flowers and a fruit platter, were a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

Despite a slight inconvenience with the church bells ringing every 15 minutes day and night, the soon-to-be-replaced windows showed that the issue was being addressed. Some minor updates to the apartment facilities, like missing utensils and uncomfortable seating, could easily be fixed.

We had a very lovely stay in Bungay right by a supermarket across the square, and the town centre. The host showed us the property. The breakfast was basic, yet it could be much better. Location was perfect and excellent, in the middle of the city.

Kitchen had all the necessary appliances, but we didn't really use them. The apartment had a nice view of the garden which we loved! 🌿

I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the proximity to a cafe and supermarket. The hospitality of the local people and the beautiful walks nearby added to the overall positive experience.

The only downside for me was the lack of a microwave. It's just a personal preference, and others might find it perfectly fine.
